About the Role 

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Head Registered Nurse to lead and inspire our nursing team. In this pivotal leadership role, you will oversee nursing operations, maintain high standards of patient care, and mentor staff to promote professional growth and development. Key responsibilities include:

• Supervising daily nursing activities and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations
• Developing and implementing patient care policies and procedures
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes
• Conducting performance evaluations and providing ongoing training for nursing staff
• Managing patient care budgets and resources efficiently

The Ideal Candidate Will Possess:

• AHPRA registration: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (Master’s preferred)
• Minimum of 8 years of nursing experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
• Strong clinical skills and a deep understanding of patient care protocols
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to lead and inspire a team in a fast-paced environment
• Immunisation accreditation
• Enthusiastic, flexible, reliable, proactive, and able to work independently
