We are seeking two dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurses to join our friendly and professional team at our well-structured General Practice in Dubbo. You will work alongside a supportive group of doctors, nurses, and reception staff while delivering high-quality clinical nursing services to our patients.

About the Role:

Reporting to the Practice Principal/Manager, the successful candidates will play a key role in providing exceptional care and clinical support. Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality nursing care and clinical support
• Manage treatment room operations, including ordering and monitoring stock levels
• Administer dressings, wound care, immunisations, and cold chain management
• Assist with GP support, minor surgical procedures, and patient triage
• Facilitate Chronic Disease Management Plans and Health Assessments
• Conduct ECG, Spirometry, and recall/reminder system management
• Contribute to the completion of AGPAL Accreditation tasks and duties
• Assist with general administrative duties and front counter support when required
• Train and orient new staff members

Skills and Experience:

• Current AHPRA Registration and CPR Certificate (mandatory)
• Excellent communication and documentation skills with attention to detail
• A compassionate, friendly, and professional approach to patient care
• Proven problem-solving, time management, and multi-tasking abilities
• Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively in a team environment
• Sound knowledge of the National Immunisation Schedule
• Experience with Best Practice Software (advantageous but not essential)
