Moon Street Medical in Ballina is seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team, covering a maternity leave position starting in December 2024. This role will be reviewed after 6 months, with the potential for ongoing employment within the practice.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the treatment room, including stock management and ordering
• Administer vaccines and oversee vaccine management
• Conduct recalls and follow-ups for patient care
• Coordinate Chronic Disease Management (CDM) and Health Assessments
• Perform Comprehensive Veterans’ Care (CVC) services
• Independent work alongside 1–3 GPs per day

Details:

• 3 days per week, plus 1 day per fortnight for house visits
• Practice Nurse experience is highly desirable
