Registered Nurse – Maternity Leave Contract 12 months (PPT/PFT negotiable)

Faulkner Street Medical Practice is a thriving privately owned general practice located in Armidale. We currently have a vacancy for a Registered Nurse to cover a maternity leave spot on a 12 month contract. There is then an option to extend/convert to PPT or PFT at the end of the 12 months.

Previous experience working in general practice and chronic disease management would be advantageous but not essential; this role would involve

• ECGs, Spirometry, Audiometry
• Wound dressings
• Assisting in minor procedures
• Childhood and travel immunisations,
• Infection control including sterilisation,
• Care plans, health assessments and
• General nursing duties.

Full time hours are 8:30am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday. Part time hours are 8:30am – 5:00pm Wednesday – Friday.

Start date – can be immediate, otherwise from 6^th January 2025.
