Armidale Medical Centre is seeking expressions of interest from VR GPs who are looking for a well remunerated position as part of a supportive happy team.  Hours are flexible.

It is likely the position will quickly lead to (part) ownership, with plenty of support for those with no experience in running a Practice.

We have just moved into a newly renovated building, which is warm and welcoming and well equipped.  The Practice is mixed billing, has 5FTEs, 2 nurses and the required number of clerical staff.  It is a happy and busy work place where everyone works well as part of a team.  Can almost guarantee books to be full within a month…current doctors have a long wait time for bookings and very difficult to find a Practice accepting new patients in this town.

Armidale is a wonderful place to live.  It is situated half way between Sydney and Brisbane at the top of the gorge country, so great bushwalking, cycling, spectacular waterfalls and swimming holes.  Winters are cold and summers are perfect…not too hot or humid! There are highly respected public and private schools, and opportunities in sport and music for adults and children.  It is an education hub and has a vibrant multicultural community.  Multiple daily flights to both Sydney and Brisbane.
