Role description:

·        Provide high quality, primary health care services to patients of all age ranges and level of health care needs, in keeping with best practice standards.

·        Respond to medical/health problems presented by patients including history taking, diagnosis, investigation, treatment and referral as appropriate.

·        Provide management of long-term/chronic conditions in line with national guidelines and pathways.

·        Provide appropriate health promotion and preventative health care advice to all patients attending the practice.

Position requirements:

·        Basic medical degree recognised by the Australian Medical Council (A MC) and for registration with the Medical Board of Australia (MBA)

·        At least 3-5 years recent post graduate general practice experience

·        Current CPR certificate within the last three years

Support for sponsored work visa is available.

Remuneration according to level of training or supervision required, starting from:

·        level 1 supervision – approx. $110k annually

·        level 3 supervision – approx. $150k annually.
