Moruya Medical Centre is located on the South Coast of NSW, 2 hours from Canberra and a 40 minute flight from Sydney.

We have an opportunity for an experienced and motivated full-time VR GP to join our fully accredited, mixed billing practice.

There is a further opportunity to work as part of a shared VMO and Emergency Department Roster with the local District Hospital, however this is not a requirement of the position.

This mixed billing practice is open 8.00 am-5.00 pm Monday to Friday. Hours are flexible to assist to create a great work-life balance. We have very efficient and supportive nursing and admin team.

We have onsite pathology, podiatry, dietetics, and large number of visiting specialists

Responsibilities include:

  • Provide general medical services to the community
  • Provide disciplined, well-informed patient diagnoses and treatment plans
  • Continued education and training for ongoing CPD in all areas of general practice
  • Promote disease prevention and best health practices
  • Meet the expected standards of ethical and professional conduct
