We are seeking the services of a General Practitioner Visiting Medical Officer for Cobar Health Service. The GP VMO will provide contemporary comprehensive service for optimal patient outcomes to achieve safe clinical practice.

The recently developed Cobar Multipurpose (MPS) provides 24-hour emergency care, acute and sub-acute/non-acute inpatient services including rehabilitation, palliative care, outpatient services, a range of primary and community health services and renal dialysis.

The redevelopment was completed in February 2020 and includes a brand new health service, co-located with the existing residential aged care service. Service upgrades include: Inpatient services, Emergency services, Community Health services, Staff accommodation, and additional ten residential aged care rooms and refurbishment of the aged care service.
