About the Opportunity
Ochre Health is looking for a Senior General Practitioner, who is interested in moving into a clinical leadership role that focuses on collaboration & supervising up and coming GPs.
This is an outstanding opportunity to be involved in a supportive team-based general practice that is focused on providing high quality care. With additional opportunities for hospital work available this position is ideal for an ED or procedural GP that is passionate about contributing to medical education.
As a Lead GP, your responsibilities include and are not limited to:
Clinical Leadership
Engaging the medical team to improve clinical outcomes for our patients & overall service delivery
Providing clinical input in the day to day business operations
Supporting new doctors who come on board
Collaboration
Ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the centre by working with relevant staff
Working with nursing staff to enhance clinical outcomes
Liaising with DMS on a monthly basis
Engaging with all stakeholders to meet the medical objectives of the centre
Learning Organisation
Partaking in ethical & strategic research opportunities that align with Ochre’s overall objectives
Being committed to quality improvement measures & practice accreditation
Supporting the practice as a training organisation for all staff, including the induction process for new doctors
Position Requirements:
General Practitioners with Vocational Registration desirable
