Ungooroo GP & Health Services is an Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Organisation (ACCHO) general practice that is committed to promoting wellness and chronic disease prevention. We are nationally accredited through AG PAL and endorsed through AH&MRC and NACCHO.

Ungooroo also has partnered with the Primary Health Network to provide the Integrated Team Care (ITC) program which supports Aboriginal patients with complex chronic diseases. This program is supported and coordinated by a Registered Nurse and Outreach worker. In addition, we provide GP outreach services in Muswellbrook in a great location which has easy access for community.
