Rural areas have up to 50% less health providers per capita than major cities, which often leads to overall poorer health outcomes. This does not mean that we need to accept the status quo for our rural communities.

General Practice specifically is reaching crisis point with regard to rural funding and access to care. That said, we still believe we are working within a world class system that, when utilized to its full potential, can be successful for everyone patients, doctors and business and have developed an improved and efficient practice model that serves our vision of improving the health and wellbeing of rural Australians.

Remuneration Package:
1. 90% of receipts for first three months
2. 80% of receipts for month 4 to 9 then 70% of receipts thereafter
3. Recruitment bonus our doctors and employees have access to a doctor recruitment Bonus. Anyone referring a new VR doctor to that subsequently joins the organisation will receive up to $15k per year for 5 years (up to $75k), generating secondary income *terms and conditions
