About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to join the team at Associate Medical Practice as a full-time General Practitioner. As a General Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive primary healthcare services to patients in Moree, NSW. This is a rewarding and engaging role that allows you to make a positive impact on the health and wellbeing of the local community.
What you’ll be doing
- Conducting patient consultations and examinations
- Diagnosing and treating a wide range of medical conditions
- Developing and implementing personalised treatment plans
- Referring patients to specialists or other healthcare providers as needed
- Maintaining detailed and accurate medical records
- Providing advice and education to patients on health-related matters
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to deliver coordinated patient care
What we’re looking for
- Registration as a General Practitioner or eligible to gain registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
- At least 3 years of experience working as a General Practitioner in a clinical setting and will respond to further training and or supervision if required
- Strong diagnostic and clinical skills with the ability to provide comprehensive primary care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients
- Demonstrated commitment to continuous professional development and keeping up-to-date with the latest medical practices
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team
