A great opportunity has become available for a GP to step into and take the reins of a well-established solo GP practice in Marulan, NSW.
With the Solo GP retiring at the end of January 2023, there is a great opportunity to take over the patient base and to grow the practice. Just a 20-minute drive from Goulburn and an hour from outskirts of Sydney, Marulan is known for its strong community spirit and quiet, country lifestyle.
Potential remuneration $2500 per day
Currently a solo GP practice but can facilitate up to 2 GPs
Treatment room
There are 2 wings to the building with a shared reception area. One wing is for Allied health and is leased to a range of providers on various days
Council maintains grounds & building practice makes contribution to internal cleaning
Admin staff
No RNs currently but can generate enough work to employ 1 FTE RN
Practice is not taking any new patients at present
Currently open 3 days per week, with the potential to open 5 days as there is a large patient base
Optional Nursing home visits
No hospital work required
