Gunning District Community and Health Service Inc is an established accredited medical practice seeking a general practitioner to join our friendly rural team, located in a rapidly growing country town Gunning NSW.
Being the only GP practice in town and a short 45 mins drive from Canberra, you will reap the benefits of city living and working in the country. The practice is currently open 5 days per week with the opportunity to be opened on a weekend if requested.
The practice has an amazing team of visiting allied health professionals which includes a Physiotherapist, Podiatrist, Dietitian, Psychologist, Womens Health Nurse, Occupational Therapist, Child and Family Nurses, Mental Health Counsellor, Hearing and Bone Density Testing.
The GP will be assisted by a dedicated team of a fellowed GP, Practice Nurse, Community Nurse, Medical Practice Assistant and Medical Receptionists, with a fully equipped treatment room, fully computerised, utilities to best practice software and mixed billing.
We fully support a work life balance, therefore hours of work and salary are negotiable, with MMM classification 5.
