An opportunity in Collarenebri has become available to join Australia’s oldest primary health care charity that focuses on helping communities to better understand their needs and contribute to breaking down the social determinants of health that trouble our rural communities.
This GP role provides support to communities to create sustainable models of health care that tangibly contribute to better health outcomes. You will be a central figure, in an integrated care team that is focused on in improving health outcomes for the town and surrounds of Collarenebri.
About Us:
We are a charity that was established in 2001 and is NSWs largest not for profit provider of rural and remote general practice and primary healthcare services. We currently operate across 10 locations in some of the most disadvantaged and vulnerable rural and remote communities within Australia, serving more than 22,000 patients. We are creating Community Health Hubs within our rural and remote communities with core focus on delivering quality holistic health and wellbeing.
