Job Description
We’re a fully accredited, mixed-billing General Practice and Skin Cancer Clinic in Byron Bay. We are also an accredited teaching practice hosting medical students and GP registrars.
Currently we’re looking for 2-3 VR GPs to take over our existing and growing patient load either Full or Part Time.
Good remuneration with guaranteed minimum billings. Daily RN support, Pathology and Physiotherapist onsite. Pharmacy and Radiology a few doors down. We’re also the closest medical centre to the Byron Central Hospital where we currently have admitting rights and our GPs have the opportunity to take part in the on call VMO roster if they choose. Would suit newly fellowed GPs, GP couples looking for some adventure or any GP looking for a sea or tree change.
Only 40 minutes to the Gold Coast international airport and 25 minutes to Ballina/Byron Airport where you can fly directly to almost every major city in Australia. The Byron shire is a growing, vibrant area with plenty of restaurants, cafes, schools, sporting facilities, beaches and natural wonders. It has become the premier lifestyle destination in Australia due to its natural beauty, near perfect weather and close proximity to the urban centres of the Gold Coast and Brisbane.
