First Light Healthcare has an opportunity for an experienced General Practitioner to join our team in picturesque Ballina.

This role is primarily located in our Ballina clinic but there will also be opportunities in our Byron Bay clinic.
We will provide ongoing marketing using various platforms to ensure rapid growth and expansion of your patient database. Pathways to practice ownership are available for suitable candidates. Our GPs benefit from:
– Long term AGPAL accreditation
– Integration with a large and diverse Allied Health team and Specialists including Psychiatrist, Physiotherapist specialising in Hand Therapy and Pelvic floor, Dietitian, Diabetes Educator, Exercise Physiologist, Paediatric Dentists, Maxillofacial surgeon, Orthopaedic Surgeon specialising in knees
– Direct access to our newly established First Light Active clinical space which includes a pilates reformer and gym studio.
– A senior Executive team including Strategic, Commercial and Operational Directors and Practice Managers
Full time nursing and chronic disease management clinic
In-house communications and marketing
Practice integration with local aged care providers
Large and growing Occupational Health offering
Purpose built Skin Clinic
Qualifications:
Current medical registration with AHPRA
Preferred experience in skin cancer diagnosis, procedures & treatment with Certificates in Skin Cancer Medicine/Surgery and Dermatoscopy with treatments including Skin grafts and Skin flap surgery
Have a passion for delivering exceptional patient service and outcomes
